FacilitiesThe Studio Center is an 8,800 square foot facility in downtown Durham, North Carolina. This facility includes a 2,500 square foot studio with 14-foot ceiling and flex sets; offices, conference rooms and editing room. We also have a 4,200 square foot warehouse for set construction and prop storage. Studio and storage space is available by the day, week, or month. Call us about your space or equipment rental needs. Our facilities are situated in the heart of downtown Durham adjacent to the Royall Center for the Arts, the historic Carolina Theatre restoration, and the Durham Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. Flexibility and AdaptabilityOur involvement on your project can be as extensive as you like. We can handle an entire campaign from start to finish, or work on one piece of it, coordinating our efforts with your staff.
